We need your help!!

Since the new Data protection regulations came into force in May it has made communicating with our members/customers more difficult. This is known as GDPR and you will have probably been bombarded from companies asking you to do this.

Many of you have already updated your preferences for my Newsletter and Website and I really appreciate you taking the time to do this.

If you would like us to keep in touch and keep you updated with information relevant to yourself as well as special offers and stories from around the club you can sign up by visiting my website ww.peterallanpro.co.uk and click register in the top right hand corner of the page.

Once you put in the information you will have the option to create a personal profile with us so the emails you receive are more relevant to your golf game.

It only takes 30 seconds and you’ll be asked some simple questions such as your handicap and gender.

The support we get as a Team in the Pro Shop from you our members is fantastic and last Saturday you were once again amazing when we had our Clubhouse Sale.

It was a very busy day and having such a Sale allows us to prepare and make room for New stock as seasons change and to hopefully keep you happy with your experience of being a member at Ashton Golf Club.

Russian Senior Open Champion

I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate David Shacklady on winning his maiden European Senior Tour Title by holding off Philip Price and Stephen Dodd in the last round to win by 2 shots.

A fantastic achievement in his first year on the Senior Tour.

David has played every year in our Annual Pro Am and is always popular with his team as not only is he a very good player but spends time with his amateur team mates.

Unfortunately for us this year our Pro Am clashed with the Russian Senior Open, but hopefully next year Shacklady will be back at Ashton.
