New Car Sponsor
I have been very fortunate over the past 6 years to have been sponsored by ICS Car sales and then Solar King UK, both companies being owned by Andy Mikhail, and I am very grateful for their long term support.
My sponsorship deal with SolarKing who also sponsor Saints has now come to an end and I have been very fortunate to secure another Car Sponsorship with NorthWest Seating Ltd.
Northwest seating are Manufacturers and suppliers of Seating to the Bus Industry and I would like to thank their owner and Managing Director and great friend John Heaton for their generous sponsorship.
New Head Greenkeeper
I would like to welcome our new Head Greenkeeper Richard Sinker who has recently taken up his new role.
Richard has worked at Lymm Golf Club, and more recently was Head Greenkeeper at William Rowe and Altrincham Municipal Golf Courses.
As you know this winter has been possibly the wettest ever, so Richard arrives with a challenge, but I hope we can all do our bit to ensure our course is in good shape this season and wish Richard every success.

Our Under Armour wall has just been updated, and now includes the shirt that didn't win the Masters. Sorry Jordan! But it's still a great shirt and fantastic value.

What a final day of Drama, I have spoken to many who were about to go to bed as Jordan Spieth looked like he was home and dry with 9 holes to play.
What happened next was not expected by anyone. It was sad to see Jordan play Amen Corner like that, but I thought the way he fought back was fantastic and I think he is a fantastic role model for future generations.
Danny Willett was class once he was handed the reins on 16, he finished off like a true champion.
Well done Danny and all the European players who figured strongly in the years first Major.
I Wish I'd Done It Years Ago!
This was the comment I had today from one of my Lessons this week who commented, "I am really enjoying my game so much more and it feels so much better, I wish I had done this years ago".
Great to know we can make a difference, but not surprising as I know that everyone can improve if they just put in a little time and effort.
