Paul Barton was one golfer who gained 50 yards with his new driver, but he also is hitting the ball; straighter, has improved his strike, improved the ball flight and improved workability! Odyssey Putter Week Success

We have had a demo of every Odyssey putter in the range the past week, and they have caused quite a buzz on the putting green. John has been out all week giving putter fitting sessions, and plenty of golfers have realised how easy putting can be with a putter that suits their stroke!

TaylorMade Fitting Day This Sunday LOFT UP!

We have a TaylorMade fitting day this Sunday and still have spots available to book. We are currently offering a free fitting and free after sales lesson on the purchase on TaylorMade drivers, fairways and hybrids in both JetSpeed and SLDR! JetSpeed is a very powerful club at a very cheap price for a premium product. Both clubs have been very popular this year with a wide range of golfers.

We have also had a lot of interest in the Tour Preferred range of irons, and of course the very powerful SpeedBlade iron. We are fitting everything from driver to putter on the day, and if you want to come along please either ring the shop or contact me here to book your time.

Ladies Charity Night a Huge Success

Last Friday, our Ladies section organised a Gala Charity Night Dinner with 136 Ladies, and the Guest speaker was Dame Lorna Muirhead who is the Lord-Lieutenant of Merseyside, and the comedienne was Pauline Daniels who was, in the words of some of the ladies, only light BLUE!!

There was a Charity Auction and raffle and a staggering £3000 was raised with a potential for this to raise to £4000 with a donation from Barclays bank.

The money raised is going to the Captains charity which is Alder Hey Children's Hospital . Congratulations to all of those involved in making the night such a huge success. Pictured are some of the ladies enjoying the evening, and the comedienne Pauline Daniels making our Lady Captain Jean Williams blush (slightly!)
